Sells are levied a higher, pressure-scaled fee than buys, so selling only fattens the reserve for those who remain. It is a pool-level dynamic fee and never breaks listings. Final figures struck and published at issue.

Is the stock truly held, or is this another dashboard?read
Truly held. The reserve is a contract holding real tokenized stock-token ERC-20s on Robinhood Chain. Its holdings are a public onchain balance you can read, and you may surrender $PILE to withdraw your share of the actual stock. A reserve you can open cannot be faked.
How is redemption performed?read
Call redeem() with the amount of $PILE to surrender. The hook returns your pro-rata slice of every holding at net asset value. Permissionless, always open, no approval or whitelist.
What restrains selling?read
A pool-level dynamic sell fee that rises with sell pressure and decays in calm. Sells pay more than buys, and the surplus flows to the reserve, so a sale increases everyone else's backing per token. Being a Uniswap v4 dynamic fee, not a transfer tax, it never breaks bridges or listings.
Why does a price floor exist?read
Should $PILE trade beneath its backing, anyone may buy it and redeem for a more valuable basket, burning supply until the gap closes. That arbitrage pins the market near true NAV, a floor you may compute yourself from the reserve.
Is this a security? May anyone hold it?read
$PILE is a community token denominated in USDG. It is not a share, not a security, and carries no dividend, vote, or ownership right. The tokenized stocks backing the reserve bear their own issuer restrictions, including that they are not offered for sale to U.S. persons; access may be geo-gated at issue. Nothing here is advice. Read the terms and your local rules.
Who authors the contracts?read
The hook is built upon audited OpenZeppelin Uniswap-v4 libraries and Uniswap's reference TWAMM, with the full composition audited before issue. Addresses, the audit, and the locked-LP proof are published here at launch.
